KBS Services Terms

All KBS Monthly Contracted Services Terms are as follows:

1. All KBS Monthly services are sold as a one year contract, broken up into monthly invoices for billings, unless paid up front.
2. The cost may change depending upon the service level or size of services provided. That is backup size may increase and the billed amount will change to reflect this.
3. KBS will adjust backup sizes upon reaching the size limits, and will decrease them when requested or if noticed the decrease has remained below the next limit for more than 30 days.
4. All services require a 30 day in writing cancellation.
5. Any services cancelled before the 1 year of the initial setup will be billed out immediately for the remaining period.
6. All contracted services are verbal and this page is accessible to all customers through the web and invoice receipts which contain a link to this page.

KBS Service Terms

1. All work is to be paid upon time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
2. KBS is not responsible for items not requested of technicians, though we will ask before leaving for the customer to confirm all work is complete.
3. Return visits for work not verified are billable.
4. KBS will not warranty any virus infections if our Antivirus Solution is not implemented.
5. KBS will turn any bill over to collections immediately if there is any issue where a customer refuses to pay their invoice
6. KBS keeps on file all customers original disclaimer and shall bill customers accordingly for collection services.

KBS Collection Terms

• Per the disclaimer provided to all customers, KBS will place a collections fee to cover all legal expenses not to exceed 50% of the bill immediately upon being told a customer will not pay for services rendered.
• Collections may be handled by a 3rd party company, lawyer or directly through small claims court.
